Sarah Fox-Clinch has been advising clients in property and commercial finance since 2005. After honing her skills at leading London and Bristol brokerages, she founded Fox Davidson in 2013 and later co-founded FD Commercial & Bridging Ltd with Wesley Davidson, building a specialist brokerage dedicated to complex and non-standard lending across the UK.

Sarah specialises in commercial finance for professional practices, including doctors, dentists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.

Now based in North Somerset, Sarah enjoys riding her horse, long walks with her dog, and quality time with her family.

Wesley has been advising clients in property finance since 2005. After gaining extensive experience at leading London and Bristol brokerages, he founded his own specialist firms: FD Commercial & Bridging and Fox Davidson.

He specialises in commercial mortgages, development finance, bridging loans, and complex buy-to-let arrangements, including Multi Unit Freehold Blocks (MUFBs), HMO mortgages, portfolio lending, and mixed-use properties.

Based in Somerset, Wesley enjoys spending time with his family, sea fishing, and country walks.

Oliver Fare specialises in all types of commercial property finance, arranging funding for purchases, refinances, portfolio growth, and development projects throughout the UK. He supports a broad client base, from first-time landlords taking their initial steps into property investment to seasoned portfolio landlords managing extensive holdings and complex multi-unit or mixed-use assets.

Outside of work, Oliver enjoys staying active and spending time exploring the outdoors.
